I help Gen-X Corporate Women Leaders evaluate, renovate, and restore their intimate relationships, so they can replicate their professional success in their personal lives.
My coaching focuses on helping women see the potential inside of themselves, beginning with digging deep to heal their relationship with themselves, identifying the roots of behaviors/thoughts, recognizing triggers, acknowledging their shadow, addressing the unmet needs, and ridding themselves of the baggage they've been carrying from one relationship to another.
Together we will focus on forgiveness, shadow work, inner child healing, and re-integrating all the broken pieces of the spirit and soul into the fully authentic, imperfectly perfect person you were created to be.
